Policy Development & Advocacy

Passing a law is one thing. But building a POLICY AND ADVOCACY movement is quite another. Founder and principal, Josh Hastings, has more than 15 years of local and state land use policy experience – helping pass, advance, or defeat dozens of landmark state agricultural, natural resources, and open space bills. Josh successfully helped build and lead statewide coalitions to: protect hundreds of millions of dollars in conservation funding; advance greenspace in underserved and over-burdened communities; and advance thoughtful energy policy where all can benefit.
